Refund Policy


All items must have original packaging, tags, etc. and must be unworn. We have the right to refuse return if items do not include original packaging or if items seem worn.

To make a return email us at, please provide what items you are returning and how you would like to be compensated. We can return items for a full refund, exchange, or store credit. We will provide you with a return shipping address, buyer pays shipping. We suggest you ship via Canada Post with tracking included (Canadian customers) and USPS, First Class Mail with tracking includedfor lowest price (US customers).

If you believe you have received a defective product or the wrong product, make a claim via email within 48 hours of order delivery to, include photos of the defected or wrong product along with order number. We reserve the right to refuse return/exchange for defective claims. Our warehouse fulfillment team pays very close attention to detail, items shipped should arrive without defects.
